I don’t live a balanced life.
I live a real one.
Some days are calm and intentional.
Some days are chaotic, emotional, exhausting, and loud.
Most days are a mix of both — and that’s exactly the point.
I’m Nicole — a longevity-focused coach with decades in the fitness and wellness industry, autoimmune diagnoses (MS and lupus), a body that has changed many times over, and a deep respect for what it actually takes to feel good as we age.
This blog exists because the version of wellness we’re sold doesn’t match real life.
Perfect routines don’t survive stress.
“Clean eating” falls apart under pressure.
And pretending balance is the goal keeps a lot of people stuck feeling like they’re failing.
Unbalanced Life is where I talk about what actually works:
- Building habits that hold up during hard seasons
- Fueling your body instead of punishing it
- Aging with strength, confidence, and self-trust
- Letting go of rules that no longer serve you
- Learning when to push — and when to stop
I don’t believe in extremes.
I don’t believe in quick fixes.
And I definitely don’t believe that feeling good is reserved for people with perfect schedules, perfect bodies, or perfect discipline.
I believe in consistency over chaos.
Progress without obsession.
And creating a life that supports your health instead of constantly fighting it.
This space is for people who are done starting over every Monday.
For people who want to feel strong, capable, and calm in their bodies.
For people who are learning that an unbalanced life — handled well — can still be a very healthy one.
If you’re here, you’re not behind.
You’re just building something that lasts.
Welcome to Unbalanced Life.
